Kids who are going through a potty-humor stage will be giggling wildly at this tale of animals trying to figure out the use of a porta-jon in the forest. If that isn't your thing, there isn't much else offered her.

This silly book looks at how different animals poop. It's not like humans do. I think most kids would enjoy this laugh-every-page book.

This is a funny book on an unusual topic featuring quirky toilet humor. An overambitious forest ranger puts an outhouse in the forest for the animals to use. Professor Grunter the boar feels a bit uncertain about this new device, so he decides he'll just tell everyone he's already used it... and then see how it goes for everyone else. One after another, each animal unsuccessfully tries, while not admitting it to the others. "Professor Gunter was the last in line. Fortunately, everyone else had left by now. In fact, most of them left rather in a hurry - heading for their favorite pooping spots in the forest, no doubt."

I loved the end-papers. What a great bonus. The opening pages show the forest ranger driving off with his blue outhouse. The back of the book features a map of the forest with all the animals in their habitats. This book was translated from the original German.

This book is hilarious. It tells all about how different animals in the forest use the restroom. The 'smart' forest ranger has complaints from tourist that they keep setting in animal poo, so he sets up an outhouse. It is hilarious how each animals tries to use the outhouse and are unsuccessful. It is very clear that animals aren't meant to use an outhouse but it is informative about how different animals poop. I think kids will love this and think it is a laugh a minute!

A delightful tale with a narrative theme about trying to conform even if it makes you feel uncomfortable. The message is told in a amusing way thorough the outhouse that the animals use to do their business in. One by one the creatures try to use the outhouse but when they can't don't want to admit this to their fellows incase they are perceived as different.

A well meaning ranger puts an outhouse in the forest for the animals to use. The animals try to use it, but each has an issue with it and are unable to do so. Funny story for those that like this type of humor.
