This is a very good one for those who want to start reading the basics of branding. It gives you major broad points to be followed and they are reiterated throughout the book in various examples, so you would remember everything you have read after finishing this one.

این کتاب در عین حال که تخصصی موارد رو بیان نمیکنه اما میتونه باعث رشد ایده ها بشه و تجاربی بسیار ارزنده رو در اختیار خواننده خودش قرار بده.

The advice is already a bit dated but still has some good things in it. My main takeaway was to use stories of various kinds to engage audiences.

This is one of the best marketing/branding books that I have ever read. I love how Kaputa gives examples of large companies that have successfully branded their business like Zappos, Google, Groupon, Innocent and the like. She is thorough, insightful and you will come away with great ideas on how to leverage your business through branding. I plan on reading it again for its wealth of information. Highly recommended read!

I normally shy away from marketing and branding books because some of them seem to push for being fake. This one was much more uplifting, though. I appreciated the brainstorming questions and exercises throughout. Plenty of new ideas for my business came to mind while I read this book.

Excellent book by Catherine. She hits every single point and with such great detail. Will be referencing this book in the future as well as picking up her other books. Even has a worksheet or two. Recommended.
