This is a really good cookbook and a birthday present. The recipes are well presented and there's good photos too. Four out of the four recipes tried were all delicious and good enough to make again. The winners are: Chipotle Mashed Potatoes, Chipotle Mashed Potato Cakes, Ancho Glazed Chicken & Chipotle Corn Relish. The corn relish is wonderful & I make it a lot.
