My son loves penguins. This book was a great introduction about basic facts and pictures concerning Emperor Penguins.
I liked the map showing where all the many kinds of penguins lived. I'd never even heard of a few of them.

This is a great Science 'without being in your face' Science book. It's a level 2 reader but I would say it's more of a merging into level 3 reader to be able to read on their own. It teaches about Geography and other penguins and then about the Emperor Penguins. My 3 year old granddaughter really enjoyed me reading it to her.

Great book for introducing the special penguin, lots of penguin info along with a visual map of their habitat makes this book appealing. My favorite pages are the ones that seem to sneak on the reader when the penguins make their dive, great early information reader. Read wegivebooks January 2014
