This was actually a great textbook that we got assigned in my intro to Education course. It's a pretty simple read but it has a lot of interesting information that I think is important for someone looking to go into teaching to think about. It isn't a very technical book and is geared more towards those at the beginning of the process so it might not do a lot for those who are already teachers. For students though, I thought it was great. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking at a career in education.
