Tweenie Genie is back! I honestly find this my absolute favourite out of the trilogy. In this book, Poppy successfully graduates from Stage One Genie training and is about to head on to Stage Two where she will attend Genie High with other tweenies! Immediately, she is faced with several challenges such as a mean mentor named Zara and feeling out of place because of her status as a Golden Genie. The book mostly deals with Poppy trying to fit in and find her place as well as discovering what it really means to be a Golden Genie.

I feel this book would be really helpful and enlightening to young girls going through changes in their life such as different schools with different friends. It also focuses on peer pressure and being brave enough to own up to your mistakes. Poppy goes through all of these problems as well and was so relatable to me as a kid because even a genie like her faced worries like trying to fit in! Zara also learns that it's wrong to be jealous of others and she helps Poppy a great deal when they are faced with a life-changing decision. It's so nice to see her embracing her title as a Golden Genie and making the right decisions in the end. The book also has lots of wonderful tid bits about genie lore which I sorely wish Meredith Badger would elaborate more on. The small glimpses of ancient genie worlds and magic really blew my mind as a kid. Overall, a wonderful story and a classic read all the time!
