Essential reading for AP Comp gov. Fell short a few times but was mostly consistently insightful.

EXTREMELY HELPFUL FOR THOSE TAKING AP COMP GOV.
I actually read the 7th edition but couldn't find it here.

ramble ramble ramble. What's the point of structure if you mention everything everywhere. Half the paragraphs have no apparent purpose.

I am a history buff and I wanted to take a World History class in high school. But, They didn't offer one. This book took care of that nicely.

This book offers an amazing analysis of all six of the countries featured on the AP Comparative Government exam. While the text may seem lengthy the author does a great job of breaking all the information down into coherent sections and explaining everything thoroughly, but not in a way that bogs you down. All of the practice questions and the mock exams made a world of difference too. Even though I only got a 4 on the exam I would recommend this book to everyone preparing for it - it could possibly even serve as a self-study textbook.

This was a great book that thoroughly described the six countries in the AP Comp. Gov curriculum. There were a few typos here and there, but it was nothing too extreme. This book made taking tests and quizzes very easy, and I commend the author for writing so succinctly while explaining important details.

I found this book really helpful for my Comparative Politics class. This is the better of the two textbooks that I used for the course.
