The art is a big problem for me. It's very busy and cluttered, where I prefer cleaner, sparer compositions. Ginji looks like a butch girl. Hevn's breasts are even bigger here than they are in the anime and they practically have their own subplots. Which leads to the next problem. Her huge breasts are constantly being heaved into the readers' faces and everybody plays with them. I'm not fond of the gratuitous female near-nudity and panty shots. I know that this is a convention in much manga, but I really don't like it.

Still enjoying the series. Still raising an eyebrow at the amount of fanservice, though any manga artist who can contrive a certain double-page spread in this volume has to be some kind of demented genius. Fluff, but entertaining fluff.

So far this manga’s just average, the plots not too good! The arts the best part and I like the main characters 😁👌❤️❤️

Solid again! One of the parts in this manga was episode 25 of the show yet it is in the second volume of the manga. Curious on why they switched it up.

The stories are good. The art is so-so. One feature hat never ceases to irritate me is word balloons that I need a magnifying glass to read, and this manga is full of them!

Good continuation. Hevn is to die for and Ban and Ginji continue to be a great comedy duo

I love this series. I know it is a strange series and strange things happen but the reaction between Ban and Ginji makes me laugh. Now Akbane shows up in this one and what a character he is (he is a dark and very mysterious character that can kill anyone on the spot and likes it).

In this volume they have been assigned a task to get a box back from the transporters which just so happens to be Akbane, Himiko and the guy that won't stop driving.

Agak kesel sama lelucon ginji amano pas jadi monyet, garing minta ampun.
Gambarnya agak buram, atau teknik shading tone nya kurang rapih?
Wew, saya kurang ngerti tapi dari awal gambarnya sensei yuya aoki plus rando ayamine emang mirip coretan tegas, liat para karakternya semuanya berambut jabrik.

I like how the manga has darker themes than the anime, but I really could do without the crude boob and panty shots. They really don't do anything for this type of story other than trying to make it more daring, but they are so unnecessary to the story.

It didn't take me long to read Vol. 2 of GetBackers. Ginji and Ban are great! I love Ginji's happy-go-lucky attitude and Ban's cool demenour adds a lot of mystery.
