Such pretty recipes, but I don't know how "light" these really are. I do like that the calorie count is accounted for on each of them though. For the most part, I feel like it's more of a dessert cookbook, but with an honest accounting of what you'll be eating if you choose to make and eat these recipes. They are lightened up on some of them, but not drastically like you see in some cookbooks.

The recipes sound delicious and the pictures are lovely, but the nutritional info is printed in an incredibly tiny font size. Since each recipe has a two-page spread, I would think it could be bigger.
