Una fantástica guía para toda persona que busque montar un sencillo programa corporativo para dotar a los empleados de herramientas psicológicas para hacer frente al estrés. El programa, de 8 horas de duración, está basado en la Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso (ACT) y gira en torno a dos grandes ejes: el mindfulness, como herramienta para tomar conciencia de los pensamientos, emociones y sensaciones que surgen durante las situaciones estresantes; y al acción basada en valores, que ayuda a guiar la acción en la dirección de lo que se considera importante, de manera que nos desatasquemos en esas situaciones.

Libro pensado para el formador, más que para el lector ocasional. Para éste, recomiendo las obras sobre ACT de Russ Harris, de corte divulgativo, muy asequibles para el lector medio.
