I found the story ok. Not great but ok. What I found unacceptable is that this is supposed to be a beginning story but it has hard words in it. Homework for example: a two syllable word for someone just starting to read, with a silent letter in it! Some of the concepts are too hard too. A beginning reader, in kindergarten is supposed to make a chart?! Or at least understand what a chart is. Again, unlikely. I could go on but I hope I’ve made my point. Not recommended.
