Sometimes I think writing makes me crazy, but then again I'd probably be even more crazy without it. There are a lot of things I do to balance out though: traveling, distance running, hiking, reading, orange juice, tennis, food fights, walking out of movie theaters telling the people in line that Harry Potter dies, cooking ethnic food, and competitive napping.

Jason Letts writes some pretty amazing books all in the YA genre, whether it be fantasy or paranormal or just a good mystery and his latest book Overflow was no different.

I really enjoyed this read. It was fun and full of mystery and even a little of the unknown. It had some romance and is humorous at time and is full of some really great characters that felt completely real. People that I would know and be friends with and want to just hang out with.

I really think it is a great book that will just about appeal to everyone and so worth the read.

If you haven't tried any of Jason's work you really should, you won't be disappointed.

I really have enjoyed watching Jason grow as an author and his work just keeps getting better and better.

This book was weird romance and very short. I think it could have been more to it if the author hadn't rushed through the plot to get to the end. The basic theme was to remind the reader to love for love sake and not for money. The problem is that the characters have no depth so you end up not giving a crap about what happens to them. My biggest complaint is that if you are going to call a book a romance novel you should at least include some romance. It was almost as though the romance was an afterthought by the author to all the paranormal stuff that happened during the book.

So in conclusion, if you are bored and want to read a book that has a tinny tiny bit of romance and some afterlife stuff than this is the book for you. I didn't hate it but it wasn't great.

As a free kindle e-book, I knew it might not be the best, but there were grammatical errors and the story didn't seem feasible. True, it's 'paranormal', but the way the storyline goes, the ending seems flubbed. Extremely unrealistic.
