This book is quite interesting. The worlds first teddy bear is worth a million dollars and spends its days and nights locked in a vault. All it wants to do is be around others. It gets an escape attempt when two old arguing men let the cleaners take and lose him. This story was very sweet. It is also very long. Great for bedtime, not so great for story time.
This book had a sweet message, but I felt like it took a long time to get to the end. I wasn't as interested in the journey the bear went through to get a happy ending. I didn't care for the two bear collectors. The illustrations were nice, if not a little weird at times. I might recommend.
