About the author

Cassern Sebastian Goto (born 1970) is an author primarily notable for his novels and short stories set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. He got his start with several short stories published in Inferno! magazine and his first novel, a novelation of Dawn of War, appeared in 2004. Born in Ireland, he now lives on the Pacific coast of California.

Couldn't even finish reading it, which says a lot considering most of my favorite books of the last five years have been set in the Warhammer 40K universe.

Final book of the Blood Ravens Trilogy has more intrigue and action, juggling the quest for knowledge and avoiding heresy, with lots of action and a nasty reveal, Captain Angelos and his team have to trust enemies, and maybe fight friends- but it's all in a day's work when you are doing it for the Emporor.

Ahriman steals the show in this last book of the trilogy. Having a great antagonist really makes the story better.
The setting is also more interesting. Lest constant mindless fighting and more purpose in every-bodies actions.

Standard Warhammer40k book with Space Marines, the elda and the forces of Chaos. Interesting, a good read, closes the trilogy but in a whole nothing special.

Follows on well with the series, a must for any fan. This series was my first read of any warhammer, and im now a converted fan
