I was so glad to find this one again! My 1986 edition went missing somewhere in too many moves...Or was it pushed? Did I give up in frustration of not being able to find any of these ingredients in England, Germany, or France? Hopefully better luck this time, as I have access to a good Asian grocery. The directions are fairly straight-forward, accompanied by clear photos, so no worries there. YumyumyumyumYUMMY!!!

I can't really judge this book until I try a few of the recipes, but it seems to be an authentic Korean cookbook. It calls for several ingredients I've never heard of, so a trip to an Asian grocery store will probably be required. But there are several recipes for different types of kimchi, as well as Korean favorites like Bulgogi, Japchae, Bibimbap and lots of seafood recipes.
