My daughter loves these Princess themed books. While I think they are cute it's kinda nonsense. "Hyped up" Disney magic.

The princess stories always seem so shallow to me. They so often showcase all the princesses and thus have no plot. The best I can say for this book is that it did focus on good characteristics like kind, smart, and caring. I also liked how it used examples. Would be a much stronger book with Pochantus and Mulan.

(age 6)-- It was very amazing! I like it because it has princesses, and they do a lot of things in the book. Everything they do is important. I could read the whole book by myself.

Daughter loved this book. She has a thing for princesses, but she's almost ready to read. It's from the pre-k library, though, so we were missing a few pages

Decent. Obviously a part of the Disney Princesses line "for girls". Teaches kids what it means to be a princess. Couldn't help but remember Lady Diana's statement that "being a princess isn't all it's cracked up to be" as I put this one down, though. Anyway, it's for kids. Still better than that Star Wars book I read where Obi-Wan and Anakin ride a roller-coaster; this story actually has a point. If the author had mentioned that being a Princess was a lot of work, and hadn't stated that they always live happily ever after, this would've gotten more than 2 stars.

This is a fun book for beginning readers. I like the message that even though they are pretty princesses they are also smart and brave, kind caring, and adventurous. When I was a little girl the Disney princess were my heros. If there was a little girl who loved them as much as I did I would hope they know that theres a lot more to a "pretty princess" than just pretty.
I'd buy this book.

In this Step 1 book, Disney Princesses like Cinderella, Ariel, and Belle come together to explore the concept of what it means to be a princess. They share their thoughts on qualities such as intelligence, bravery, kindness, and caring that define a princess. It's a beginner-level book that introduces young readers to various Disney Princess characters and their unique attributes.

This book is a delightful introduction to the world of Disney princesses, making it perfect for young readers who are just starting their reading journey. Each Disney princess brings her own charm and story to the book, creating an engaging and enchanting reading experience for children. It's not only a fun way to learn about the various princesses but also a great way to encourage kids to read and explore the magical world of Disney.

This is pretty much what you'd expect it to be, a collection of Disney princesses and characteristics that go along with them. From the text, it is assumed that if you want to be a princess, you have to have these traits. It works for most of them: kind, polite, brave, and smart. But others I don't think are a necessity: a dreamer, ready for fun, loves to sing and dance. It's okay to be or like those things but I don't think they are necessary for life. You don't have to try to fit those standards in the same way you try to be smart, kind, or brave.

Nice pictures featuring many Disney princesses and scenarios that exemplar their featured traits.

This is a Step 1 book for preschoolers and kindergartners and uses a lot of repetition for beginning readers.

My daughters loves all of the princesses. My youngest has had me read it to her so much that she almost has it memorized. My older daughter reads it to me all the time. I like that it talks about the positive things (Aurora being polite and saying "thank you", Belle loves to read, Jasmine is brave).

Amazingly not bad. But not really great either. I like reading that princesses are smart and like to read as much as princesses like to dress up. On the downside, the book is a typical Disney advertizement for it's movies, and if you haven't seen the movies and don't know the princesses already, it may be not worth it.

This is quite a fun Disney Princess book as it explores different aspects of what makes a Princess. I wish it went a step further and I wish it avoided the "looking pretty" but it does cover the being a good friend, being brave and being clever by reading lots of books aspects too so I can live with it!
Fun and good pictures.

This book recognizes the important characteristics that all princesses should have.

They are kindness, intelligence, bravery, ready for fun, like to dress up, see new things, be a dreamer, be polite, and like to sing and dance.

I think most little girls will agree with this list.
