In My Grandfather Jack the Ripper it takes place in London.
Andy Dobson stays in a guesthouse called Jack in the box with his grandfather Bob and mother, Emma. His family had owned it over one hundred years. His grandfather Bob always loved telling stories to Andy and tales. One day he goes to a room to deliver food for a guy named, Massimo he tells him all sorts of tales including some of the same ones as his grandfather told him. When Massimo finds out that Andy has psychic powers they try using them to figure out what happened in room 4. Lucy , Andy's friend Massimo and Andy go exploring to see what was in there but nothing but a satchel initialed F.T filled with doctor equipment and dozens of humongous rats. Andy is injected with hallugenic drug with his powers he images Jack the Ripper in that room he committed his last crime. He was known to kill women prostitutes. Not only Jack would kill them but he would cut them up in pieces like "he would put the artery behind there foot." I liked the part of the book that was mysterious and the vivid detail described when Jack cut up people in small pieces.

I loved this book. It was, to me, a work of bloody art, featuring Jack The Ripper in a book. It gave me a little background knowledge about him. This book was about a person who killed everyone and of course, who other than Jack The....... RIPPER!!!
