although Quotes dates back centuries,they stand the test of time to be relevant even today. . some are hilarious, some witty yet has wisdom encapsulated by the intelligent use of what ever was present at the time and moments ( my guess) for Eg. - Even Summers may have winter weather, - Gold is test by fire, man by gold - Cheap meat is bulked with fat - Open book and you are profited - I hear and forget, I see and I remember, I do and i understand. - Use the days of plenty to think the days of nothing...
