Kazuo Inamori, a respected Japanese business leader, talks about his philosophy of work in this book. Of particular interest is his belief that successful companies take good care of their employees and customers. This is worth reading for anyone in business or who manages a team of people.

I enjoyed reading this book. My favorite learnings:
The greatest skill of all is the ability to overcome oneself.
The team is a mirror that reflects its leader.
A clear vision produces tremendous confidence, fortifies your will to work hard, motivates others, and leads them to success.

This is a book that I re-visit over and over. Straightforward and poignant. No flashiness and over-dramatization. Inamori remains so down-to-earth in spite of the scale of his accomplishments.
