One of the best of the New American Nation series. I have been reading and rereading this series for many years and still love this one. Twelve years of government by businessmen and their lackeys could only lead to the Great Depression. Businessmen never look far enough ahead to be successful; focusing on the next quarter's statements and the stock market does not bode well for a democratic society.
