A very informative book. However, the readability could use some tweaking. For example, the summaries could benefit from being turned into easily identifiable bullet points highlighting the important themes from each subsection. The summaries don't touch on all of the points mentioned in the entire chapter, which makes it harder for students to remember core themes. It could also use some more in-depth case studies or more relatable examples. Cases are thoroughly analyzed, but their relevance to the subject at hand seems veiled. More appropriate cases or maybe just imagined examples could really help clarify the main points set out in each section. Other than that, this book taught me a lot and it especially gave me a very solid foundation for the law pertaining to Human Rights.

I learn a lot about the rule of law, Parliamentary sovereignty, and separation of power from this book. This book is very helpful for law students.
