I have worked with my husband building and decorating custom homes for years. After loving every kind of vampire book, movie and series I decided that I wanted to know more. I can write a book I thought, how hard can that be? Well.... But I stuck to it and finished my first book Royal Blood Chronicles Book One in August 2009. I now have ten books and three novellas in the Royal Blood Chronicles, two in Phantom Lives, three in the adult dystopian Pathogen series, two in h thriller/mystery series Silken Ties, with Corporate Ties and Thorns of Revenge and 25 books in total. My parents always told me that I could do anything that I wanted, work hard, study and do it right. I believe that and live that way every day.
I started writing this new vampire series for teens and their moms because I myself wanted something different to read. I was tired of all the modern versions of vampire books, there had to be more to these long lived beings. Where had they been what had they seen? I wanted, no I NEEDED to know more so Royal Blood Chronicles was born! As in Royal Blood Chronicles, Phantom Lives features strong female characters and action and adventure mixed with romance, friendship and a historical backdrop

So full of emotions
This book in particular has had all the feels, loss, happiness, joy, love, sad, laughs....we went from extreme to extreme. I really felt for Damien at the end. But happy for Katrina and Quinn. And the five are all getting their mates, slowly but surely.

This is by far the best of Elizabeth's Loraine's books - I had a hard time putting this one down.
The story of Katrina and the protectors continues but with some unexecpted changes. The 5 take up a new chosen career to disguise their hunt for the evil that is taking over in both the New World and the Old.
Katrina is finally coming into her own as the leader, learning to delegate, to survive on her own, to handle the her friends and manipulate her enemies.
Each new book written by Ms. Lorraine improves her skills. The characters in this book were given a depth that started with Cain and continues to develop. I cannot wait to see what is next in Royal Wedding!

Another good story although the proofreading
Is really annoying and takes longer to read because of this. Might be easier to take it from the shelves and re-proof read as might be off putting to other readers which would be a shame the story line and plots are entertaining.

Alot better than the others, hated the cliff hanger!!! Can't wait for the next book, but I any find the release date anywhere.
