Mexican Village Setting For This Very Original Romantic Comedy
The plot originality and Mexican setting for this contemporary Christian romance was a delight to read. Wonderfully developed characters that we come to love, including a piglet, and some who are not so nice.
There are some really funny lines and situations throughout this story, along with some suspense, and a mystery and romance.
I believe this is one that I will long remember, and I wish there were many more Christian romances with different locations besides America and the UK.
Highly recommended for those who enjoy reading humor with their romance and reading about other cultures.
The second book in Linda Windsor's Moonstruck series. It was a fun read but not her best. Set in Mexico, Corinne Diaz is a social worker who has come to a remote village to volunteer. Mark Madison, an engineer, shows up and the sparks begin.
This story is about a guy who goes to a small town in Mexico to build an orphanage for his community service after receiving a DWI. He grows and changes as he falls in love with one of the ladies who helps in the orphanage.
I started reading this, but I never really got into it and I can't remember finishing it, so I don't think I did. One day I hope to give it another chance cause I liked the first book in the series.
