THE HUMAN RECORD is the leading primary source reader for the World History course, providing balanced coverage of the global past. This is an outstanding book of articles and primary documents from the historical period from 1500 to the present. It is used as a textbook in world history classes but makes for interesting reading for any history lover.

Love history books that focus more on the history than the dates! I really got some interesting grips on what was going on everywhere thanks to this book and an AWESOME history teacher!!
