Little Bunny and the Magic Christmas Tree
Little Bunny is tired of being the smallest. But thanks to some Christmas magic and an enchanted tree, he gets teenier still— and has a BIG adventure.
It’s not fair! Little Bunny doesn’t like being the smallest one in the family. Now it’s Christmas Eve, and his favorite shiny red fire-engine ornament is way up high in the tree. Little Bunny is too small to reach it, but too big to climb the tree. And he so loves that fire engine. He wishes he could ride in it for real! With Christmas Eve magic and help from some new friends, Little Bunny has the adventure of his life on a night when anything is possible.

Little Bunny thinks it's unfair that everyone is larger than him, and he's the smallest one in the family. But it's Christmas eve, and Little Bunny has the adventure of all adventures, and he has his size to thank for this bit of Christmas magic.

I thought this was a super cozy cute Christmas story. I love any book with woodland animals as the main characters, so I enjoyed reading this and getting into the festive spirit. The main bunny is too small and often teased for his height by his siblings. It was adorable how he finds a tiny pal like himself like the snowman and other critters on the Christmas tree. Both the little bunny and Christmas decorations have a fun night packed with little adventures. I liked the writing and flow of the story. I found the illustration style didn't match the words. Overall, it's a cute story.

Cute story to remind children that it's okay to wish to be different, but true happiness comes from accepting who you are. (Even if your siblings tease you!)

A bunny and his firetruck ❤

This bunny is given the choice to stay in a world where he can do what he wants and be with the friends he likes or be with his family. It's a choice many of us face in life.

Cute idea. A little too text-heavy.

Little Bunny gets swept up in the magic of Christmas when the ornaments come to life and take him on tour of the tree. This is a gentle, cozy story with a timeless feel.

Cute idea but the story felt unfinished and rushed at the end. The illustrations were quite nice though!

This book was so cute and finally got me into the spirit of the holiday season considering it is 2020. I bought this for my young nephews as a Christmas present a few years ago, and they enjoyed it. I like that the story involves a bunny (I have my own real house bunny as a companion animal) and it was nice to see a rabbit in a story other than Easter. It was also nice to see a different main character other than elves, Santa, reindeer, or snowmen.
Love the cover art too!
A new favorite Christmas story and great for all ages.
This also fulfills my December reading challenge for a book about Christmas.

Gordon: "I didn't like the part when the bunny had to leave his friends. I liked two parts. 1. When the snowman dropped his scarf on the bunny. 2. Where the bunny climbed up to met his friends, and his friends where alive on the Christmas tree."
