I know the author personally and worked with him during his whole career at Morgan Stanley - and worked on Wall Street the years after that. Todd gives an articulate description of the era, the characters, and the bi-polar nature of the industry in general. His insights and insecurities stemming from his personal demons are heartfelt and humbling. This is a very quick read and I would naturally recommend it.
Reading this opened my eyes too the tragically of 911 and the effects it had on the individuals that it affected! Until you deal with your emotional part of you, it will destroy everything else in your life!
