This practical, instructive, and highly relevant approach to teaching meditation to young people is the first book to address their concerns so throughly. Aimed at parents, teachers, and adults who work with young people, it is packed with information and exercises for children of all ages.

This book is exactly what the title says it is: practical. I have used some of the techniques described with some success already. There is a lot of information in it, so I think it would be useful to own a copy to use as a handbook. The reason that it is 3 stars instead of something higher is simply that it's a little on the dry side, but what more can you expect from a handbook?
A useful, quick guide to helping children of different ages to relax their mind. I've read of athletes that used these techniques to focus and improve their skill. Uses real life examples of children/young adults that use meditation to help with many duff exigencies and/or strengthen abilities. Interesting.
