Started well and they had plenty of chemistry but it ended so abruptly that it is hard to imagine a HEA for this couple.

Pixie's Passion is a hot novella about reaching for your heart's desire. Cy wants to be part of a family and Teresa needs a man to love her and stick by her. She is able to offer Cy's most wished for desire since she has a family and he is able to be her man with conviction in spades. The story is original, though too short. I found myself wanting to know more about the main characters. Mina Carter could write a very good novel around the plot of this novella, especially since there are not many books out there about pixies. I would love to know more about Cy's background, Teresa's background, and how their HEA turns out.

Local businesses are asked to provide dates for Northfield Hospital’s Christmas charity auction and Cy is not happy about being on display. He is the only male available from Moonlight & Magic so he’s the lucky candidate.
Teresa and her co-worker Joanie are enjoying the bachelor auction when she locks eyes with Cy, everything else disappears. She is stunned when she realizes that she won the date with him, thanks to her friend Joanie. She has given up on men after she found out her ex husband cheated on her.
Cy is a pixie and all he wants is a family of his own. His family clan has been removed from his wrist, erased from pixie memory forever leaving him clan less. He can’t get the woman from the auction out of his mind and dreams. If only the winner from the auction was that woman but he can’t be that lucky, can he?
Teresa is the mother of two, who doesn’t have a very positive self image of herself. She can’t believe someone like Cy would be interested in being with her. He is bad boy personified and she is drawn to him even though she has given up on men. On their date, he shows her what’s she’s been missing and makes her body sing.
I like Cy’s character, he is a super sexy, bad boy but underneath he’s an old softy. His only luxury is his car but I think he would even give that up for a chance at a family. He has the chance at a new family if things go well between him and Teresa.
My biggest problem with the book was that it ended. This was a short story set in the world of the Moonlight & Magic series and I would have loved to see more of Cy and Teresa. I want to know if things work out for them, how do Cy and her kids get along and will Cy get the family he wants so badly. I honestly only have one minor complaint about the story, there were several places that the editing needed some help.
Overall I really enjoyed this story so much I went to Amazon to find the first three books in this series. I give Pixie’s Passion 4 Flaming Hearts.

The name of this book changed and it took some time to find it under prolific reads. I absolutely LOVED Cy and wished it was a tad longer. I am obsessed with the might make right world of men pixies and hope to read more about them. He is probably my favorite of them! Great Short and curious how they turned out Teresa and Cy.

This was a really short read that started out good and ended flat. It would be great if the characters appear in an epilogue or another story that is a squinch longer.

Mina Carter
took less than 50 pages and produced a steamy romance that will leave you breathless and crying out for more! I truly connected with Teresa, her self esteem issues from prior relationship with her ex-husband was one that is all too common in divorced women and poor Cy who was a Pixie without a clan just made me want to take him by his tattooed hand and lead him straight to bed to comfort the gorgeous guy! Fun, naughty, playful and serious with just the right amount of sexual burn- your- eyes reading to provide an interlude of reading enjoyment for a summer afternoon!

The very beginning was a bit choppy but that quickly dissolved into an erotic male auction. Her descriptions nearly had me drooling over the pages. The story is about Cy being auctioned off for a date with Teresa, mother of two and on the verge of hating men.
There was a couple of head hops and grammar issues I noticed. A few lines via Cy were out of place. I’ve never heard a guy say ‘oh my God’ because a woman wasn’t wearing panties. It’s usually cruder and more creative. I’ve also never heard a guy describe a bra as a ‘Lace demi-bra’.
However, the story prevailed. I instantly liked Cy. His personality bloomed and I admit I have a weakness for tattoos and piercings. Teresa was a little harder to pin down but she came together as the story progressed. Then there’s Cy and Teresa together, romantic and super sexy.
The pages heated up and this story of a lonely pixie comes to life.

We have not met Cy before this book so was surprised it was about him and not Misty.
Cy is pushed into doing a charity auction. His date turns out to be Theresa, a mother of two.
Theresa found out on his death that her husband had more than one wife so she has a bad opinion of men.
Cy is longing for a family but due to circumstances we are not told about he has been banished from his clan.
They go on their date but no real talking is done.
This book ends abruptly which is a massive pity as it could have been so much more, it is just way too short at 16 pages.
Even though this is reasonably priced it is too much for what you get.

A very hot, quick read. There were some editing errors I found distracting - I found a sentence that seemed to be missing a word and incorrect tense usage. The end seemed unbelievably rushed as well, but the sexy leading up to it was pretty fantabulous. As a free, 20 minute read I would recommend it.

Nice steamy short story. I thought the chemistry was well portrayed, made me want to read more to see where the passion led, if he got the happy ever after he wanted, if she overcame her fear after her last relatioship went so badly. I like that it was a pixie instead of a vamp or shifter, hopefully we'll see more on this angle.

A quick, hot, steamy read. I didn't want it to end where it did, I wanted to read more. I liked the Pixie angle, it was a nice change of pace from my usual vampire/shifter obsession. Nice to read something original.

Wow, I never thought of Pixies as sexy but this story has sure changed my mind. This was a cute and funny read with one very hot bad boy Pixie.

Cy isn't ready for how Teresa makes him feel. She thinks he spoiled rich boy till they talk and get to know each other then thing change. Great car park scene.

Free book so I didn't realize I was out of order for a series.

Good read
I enjoyed this book. It was a fast read and not much dream. It had some good hot passion but I thought the ending was a little rushed. All and all a good romance lunch time book
