This anthology is a trio of stories involving one Texas family. Basically, the mother challenges her three sons to a contest to see who can give her the first granddaughter. The prize is her Arabian stallion.
Ann Major's "You're My Baby" is the first in the lot. This one is a good one for the fans of the rekindled love. The hero reunites with the high school sweetheart who he jilted, but she now comes with a brood of four adopted daughter. I thought it was cute that he was shorter than the heroine and totally OK with that fact.
Anne Broadrick's "I'm Gonne to Be a...What?!" was next. This one is the story of two college classmates who become friends, lovers, parents-to-be, and spouses in that order.
Pamela Morsi's "With Marriage in Mind" takes on the whole friends who become more. This one has an interracial element in that the heroine is an Indian/East Asian female. There is also bit of a twist in that the heroine is under the impression that the hero is gay, but that doesn't stop them from getting engaged and planning on raising a family.
I liked that there were crossovers between the books. My only complaint is that I think Anne Broadrick's story should have been first in the line-up to make more sense in the story arc.
