Elsie Bunce could see that Fatbag was no ordinary vacuum cleaner. He had a hungry-looking mouth and he seemed to be staring at her. Little did she know that Fatbag had an evil plan ... Can he be stopped in time!
There is something inherently attractive about stories that play around with the idea of objects coming to life. This book could be an interesting companion to Stephen King's Christine if you like reading similar books on tandem with your child. The story is well paced and it has a strong foreshadowing of the finale which you can actually discuss about with your kid. However, some of the jokes are weird and potentially outdated (some references to inexistent movies and an author modeled after Burt Lancaster). Overall, nothing extremly wrong with this book, but also nothing really memorable either.
I love this author because he worte many that are interesting.I read his two books.they are funny and adventurous.it stories shows braveness and aiming to desorty the world.
