This was another book I picked up for painting and playing Cruel Seas but it’s not as useful as the follow up British Motor Gun Boat. Like the latter there is very little illustrating the dorsal side of the boats. The photographs are good, but it could use more side drawings.

It might be that this one is a bit older, but I thought the MGB volume was better. That said, throwing torpedos from the stern!
