A good guide for how to start weaning, with simple directions and recipes. More diversity of ingredients/meals would make it better, as it seems to be for written for white/western families.
This book is a very concise guide to what foods and textures to feed your baby when. The information was well organized in such a way that I can quickly flip back through and find pertinent information. I also appreciated that the author did not press her opinion on you, yet gave facts as to why certain foods are best for your baby. I now feel more prepared to begin feeding solid foods to Evalena!
Straight-forward and easy advice on feeding your wee one solid foods. Quick and easy recipes (I think...haven't tried them yet :) I just read the stage one part for now but will definitely go back to it for the next stages.
Great basic introduction on how and when to feed solids to baby. The author breaks down the information for each age group and includes various recipes for each one.
