This Luecross Wolves book is about two mated males and there BFF. They've all been friends since kids and in all that time Scarlett has secretly loved both Isaac and Lukas.
It's not until a drunken night out and hungover next morning does things get real and Scarlett finally expresses the way she really feels. This first book was better but still enjoyable. A lot of reference to dripping from pussy which after the fourth time it gets old but otherwise like the scorching sex. Great HEA

Scarlet, of Jenika Snow's 'Insatiable' drew me into the story right away with her running commentary as she slowly describes getting dressed; she kept me in suspense, wondering what she had planned. As the story progressed, the anticipation continued as she described her encounter with wolves while walking through the woods.

When Scarlet explains how she, Lukas and Isaac had been best friends, always supporting each other since they were little, I was hoping for a story of childhood affection growing into adult love; a relationship in which Scarlet would be lovingly incorporated into a ménage with Lukas and Isaac. Instead, the story took another twist with her initiation being lustful and abrupt. Their first coupling was lasciviously graphic as they ferally established their dominance and control over her, not so surprising after all considering they were wolves as well as humans. Many readers will find these scenes extremely arousing along with several other explicit sexual encounters presented in the story.

If you are in the mood to read a sexy story about some very hot, shape shifting wolves, 'Insatiable' might be just the book for you.

Holy hotness! This book is panty melting hot! This is one of the steamiest books of Jenika’s that I have read so far.
Mating Heat is a quick and easy short read. Mating heat had me gripped from page one, I couldn’t put it down.

Ophelia is experiencing her first mating heat. She is desperate for a male to take away her ache. Ophelia has been in love with Chase and Xavier for years. But both men didn’t give her the time of day. When she bumps into them during her mating heat, they persuade her to let them help.

After not hearing from chase and Xavier for two days, Ophelia thinks they’re done with her. But is that true? Or do Chase and Xavier feel the same way about Ophelia?

This has been sitting on my kindle, forgotten, for years. I decided to give it a read because I love Jenika and it was short so it could be read in one sitting. I just looked up that this was published in 2016. She has written so many better stories than this one. This is basically smut with no build up or character building. This is definitely not my favorite, but I still love Jenika!

repetitive, ridiculously obvious and not cute - I don't appreciate female protagonist being oblivious, the shifter part does not serve a purpose, the sex part was mediocre.

In the world of ménage, I find that I often read with a highly critical eye, watching to see how well the author has created a worls where all three characters are equally a part of the relationship. While many authors enter this pocket of erotic romance with the intention of making the love triangle one of equality and balance, the whole “third-wheel” syndrome seems to be present.

In Insatiable, Jenika Snow has nailed it. Scarlett has two bets friends, Isaac and Lukas who are in love. One evening after getting overly drunk, they take her home and, in the middle of the night, she wakes up and ears them in the throws of a sexual frenzy. Sneaking to watch, what she sees literally gets her juices flowing. Once the two men climax, they turn to face her and what transpires is one of the most scorching reads I have enjoyed in quite some time.

Not only do the three have sex in every possible combination, but the emotional heat index tops the charts as well. When I read erotic romance, I want to feel the love between the people having sex (unless the love is specifically not needed or not appropriate). In this book, Ms. Snow delivers a book that packs a double whammy of red hot and tender sweet.

Not wanting to give away the story, I’ll simply state that the way Ms. Snow handled Scarlett is what made this ménage story work for me. The way she thought and behaved made it both believable and even hotter…if that’s even possible.

If you are reading this book expecting it to be a wolf story or a story about shifters, this may not be your top choice since it doesn’t play a significant roll in the plot, but if you like reading ménage stories, want your eyeballs to melt, and want to see tender love on the page, this is a must read.

I read all bite no growl before this one, and just saying, the two begin AWFULLY similar. Down to the female getting drunk, staying in their house and waking up in the middle of the night to watch them bone. In fact, there's even the bit where the two guys lose control and shift for a hot second. I'm sure he whole scene there was somewhere around 90% similar but as this was first I can't be all oh gross, but I can still go oh hell no. I should probably go back and downgrade the rating for that from two to one, but I'll leave this here instead.

Also, I don't much care for people who know someone is bisexual and continue to call them gay, or use valley girl talk because it's the 'gay' thing to do, and when they tell you to stop because it's rude, saying its funny, is not an excuse to continue. Then later, saying they're gay to their faces, when you stated you know they're 'technically bisexual' - whatever he fuck that means - is guy wrong. She's also weirdly obsessed with the gay factor though, maybe that's why she keeps saying they're gay, because she gets hot over men fucking? But either way, learn to not be a knob end and degrade shit. And I know this is like six years old and LGBT awareness and acceptance has come a long way since then, but fuck it hurts my soul to see the way people put things without thinking. I'm sure people would find this book offensive, not for the content per say, but the way some things are written and the thoughts stated by the heroine were just not right.

Also, I won't be continuing this series because I only technically read this because I forgot to take it off my iPad when I chose not to continue after book one because I thought it'd be too similar, and it is but it isn't, I just think it wasn't the one for me.

Another differently done story for me. Lukas and Isaac are already in a relationship and Scarlett, their longtime childhood friend has been in love with the gay couple for ever. She tries to be mature about it and not get off on thoughts of them together. But one night, she finds out that they both have a thing for her as well and they want to become a mated threesome. I was at first a little put off at the idea of Lukas and Isaac, who had been in a committed relationship for years, suddenly deciding to include Scarlett in their relationship. It had me wondering why now, all of a sudden? They're wolf shifters with a great sense of smell (and being able to smell arousal) - how could they not know she was attracted to them all these years? They could have all been happily together before this...

But it was sexy and the threesome aspect was pretty much a free for all with no limitations to roles in sex. Basically, tops will bottom and bottoms will top and both of the guys will take Scarlett however they want. As I said, a sexual free for all.

A sexy little shifter threesome erotica story. You've got Ophelia (whose name I didn't catch until 20 pages in or so) who goes into her first mating heat and needs to have sex - like now. She's always been in love with Chase and Xavier and while she's in heat, they want her too. But she's afraid they won't want her after her pheromones are done tempting them. This follows a lot of shifter cliches, but it works for me. A nice balance with how the threesome sex is handled and no preference for one over the other. So much so that the heroine frequently mentions that one of them is touching her and she doesn't care which. I liked this one.

DNF @ 58%

There was a few issues I had with this book - all small issues that annoyed me but putting them all together just left me unsatisfied

* She is afraid of the wolves following her, yet is a wolf shifter
* Wouldn’t she know what her 2 BFF look like in wolf form
* Another anal virgin - who goes straight to DP with minimal prep
* Her BFF have known since they laid eyes on her, she was her mate….what way back in the sandbox (as mentioned by Scarlett in chapter 1)
* She thought they mated each other, they thought she didn’t feel the same as them….doesn’t anyone communicate anymore, let’s just ignore the connection we all feel for each other and pretend it doesn’t exist.

I can always count on Jenika Snow to give me a steamy and sexy read and this is right on target. This was a book that I haven't read before and she's added to it. I loved it. Chase and Xavier are very dominant and totally Alpha male with Ophelia when she comes into her first "mating heat". What follows is a short and very hot read of the bear shifters doing whatever it takes to get together and mate with Ophelia! Makes me wish I was her. And Jenika always gives a nice little epilog at the end of these stories so we can get a glimpse of the future of the characters. Love that!

Shifters, ménage, and hot sex yes please. This yummy shifter book by Jenika Snow will warm you up and you will need two tall drinks of h2o. What happens when a female wolf goes into heat? Two yummy bear shifters come along to help a girl out. Lots of steam, passion, alphas, and pure sexiness are in this quick hot read. I loved every minute of this book and I'm hoping for more from Jenika Snow's shifter world.

This is the same book as ine of Jenika's Luecross Wolf series "Lush". The plot was almost the same, though this one is shorter and have an extra epilogue of few months later. So, similar with "Lush", I say that I like my alpha shifter to be hot, hard, and intense; and oh my, did Jenika Snow gave me what I want and more! Jenika Snow is my top 3 author that can deliver an honest-to-goodness shifter and paranormal romance stories with OTT H. A good choice for a quick and hot read!! Sexy af

The female is always the last to know

This is a short, intense read sure to touch both your heart and your libido. As always this author has taken a minimum number of pages to develop her characters and her story catching our interest and keeping it until the very end. This book is a perfect lesson on letting yourself succumb to what you most desire and rejoicing when you find out you can actually have it. I love these quick HEAs and am looking forward to the next one.

FUCK THIS WAS SO DIRTY IT'S A PANTY SOAKING BOOK!
I will admit M/M scenes aren't my thing but this was my first because I was intrigued by the concept of two gay men in love with a woman.

It was extremely downright dirty and hot. Just read this if you want some sexual stimulation...but not for the romantic emotions.

Wow just wow! That was Hot from the first page!! Lord have mercy, whew! Ophelia is now in mating heat and is burning with need. Ophelia wants Xavier and Chase, problem being they show no interest in her. Will Xavier and Chase give her what she so desperately needs? If you liked short, hot novellas with sexy shapeshifters, you must read this book.

Book two in the Luecross wolves series just kept the hot going. Scarlet is in lo e with her best friends, Lukas and Isaac, who happen to be in a relationship together. Well, one Halloween party, some alcohol and a little peeping and what do you know? Two can become three and quite well, too.

Good short story

I really enjoyed this book. The characters were well defined and all very interesting. The book was short but it was complete and it had a great epilogue that tied everything up beautifully.

I really liked this book. The reason I gave it only 4 stars was because the author needs either ARC or beta readers for all the grammar mistakes. Steam factor 7 stars
