This volume does a good job of "landing the plane" so to speak, as we see how Henry, Victoria's father, and Eins/David share a pivotal moment and insight into their past actions that led us here. I do wish Victoria perhaps had a stronger presence in this but that makes her sound meek which she i snot at all! Just ofr a title character she' somewhat overshadowed by the boys.

Sweet moments all around and an ending that wraps things up well enough while leaving much to the readers' imagination concerning Eins and Victoria.

This was an engaging romp from beginning to end. I do wish there was more slice-of-life side stories interweaved, but what we got was a solid piece. I'm glad to see that their relationship wasn't clearly defined with the purple tulips given by Victoria even being more to represent admiration/respect rather than romance. Overall, I did wholeheartedly enjoy this!

I did hate though that Henry only basically got a slap on the wrist. Lame.

3.5 rounded up as this series just wasn't totally for me but for the strong improvement and strength in vol 2 and 3 from the first volume at least one volume deserves a four star. It has clear talent and managed to hold a consistent storyline and end earlier than it was likely planned for very well. The art is very detailed too. The story beats improved over time as well with Eins’ ethical dilemma from the second volume and the attempt to reunite in volume three being well-written. But this just maybe wasn't for me and that's OK.

I didn’t realise this was the final book in this story! So was shocked at the ending, it’s a very cute story but due to shortness doesn’t go into a lot of detail in some of the characters which I would have liked to see.

Third volume definitely brought it in stronger than the previous two. I'm glad the story was wrapped up in three volumes.

As the last volume in the series, volume 3 has the hefty task of wrapping up thestory after the shocking end of volume 2.

We learn the full truth of Eins', Victoria's, and Henry's past, and how they're all connected by Victor Frankenstein. Ultimately, this is a story about self-acceptance, and the major characters' arcs reflect that. Eins and Victoria accept each other, while Henry has to learn to accept himself.

The ethical concerns around reanimating corpses and their military utility aren't visited in depth, which I would have liked to see more of. While I thought the characters had a heart warming journey, I thought there would be more to the story, given how the first volume brought up peoples' concerns over Eins' creation.

Regardless, I'm satisfied with the ending.
