Let me start off by saying that this series MUST be read in the order that it has been released as each of the prior books ends with a cliffhanger as does this one. I have been enjoying the ride thus far and cannot wait to see where Meredith Wild and Angel Payne take us next.
BRIDGE OF SOULS picks up right where FATE OF STORMS leaves off with Maximus and Kara realizing she has more powers than either of them had thought. In this book we find out just how powerful she is, and it's a sight you won't want to miss.
I felt this book moved at a slower pace then the three previous books, it could be because Kara spends a lot of time training with some very special people, Hectate, Circe and a few more, to be enlightened and learn to control her powers. There are still plenty of steamy scenes and a few good action ones, just not as many as in previous books.
I would recommend this book to those that enjoy STEAMY Paranormal Romance, Retelling's of Greek Mythology, Fated Mates or Teacher/Student Romances.

This modern day, Greek mythology romance has proven to be a heart stopping adventure that leaves you wanting more. These ladies have once again left us breathless and wanting more. In this book, Kara learns she has new untapped powers, and there are a group of goddesses and witches that wish to help her tap into them. There are, of course, many jaw dropping surprises along the way. This book is the 4th book of a 5 book series and is probably the best one yet!! I can’t wait for the next book!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Going through so much and all of these trials just to be together has taken its toll but also has United them and fortified the love they have for each other.
Bridge of Souls has captivated me even more. This by far is my favorite book of the series. Kara and Maximus are hidden away being helped by none other than Hecate herself and Circe and many other powerful witches to help Kara truly tap in to her power and be able to understand it more. They're trying to help her stay safe but being hidden away doesn't mean safe.
There's twists and turns and you're going to be holding your breath in some parts. The women helping Kara are forces to be reckoned with but could they possibly have ulterior motives, what do you think?
Angel Payne and Meredith Wild have taken us on a most marvelous modern-day Greek mythical Adventure. Tapping into our emotions, leaving us speechless and begging for more. There will be a shocking revaluation and you'll be flipping you pages just to see if the next chapter magically appears.

Bridge of Souls is the fourth installment of the Blood of Zeus series by Angel Payne and Meredith Wild. They do need to be read in order to make sense. This story is action packed, full of love, and romance plus steam, and magic. Combining the ancient Greek Gods and Goddesses plus demons and witches with modern day society makes for a phenomenal story. The writing is crisp, detailed, and so descriptive. Kara and Maximus have gone through so much in such a short time and now the adventures definitely continue. They have such a connection and bond that is unbreakable and beautiful. They made it from Hell and back and will now see what happens next in this fabulous continuing saga. I absolutely love this story. There were high expectations for me with this book, and honestly my expectations were exceeded! Twists and turns await the reader and a cliffhanger to end all cliffhangers!!!!! I salute Angel and Meredith for this book and series. The collaboration definitely works extremely well. Take some time to devour this wonderfully crafted book, and then hopefully we will get the next installment sometime in the near future.

Love the series but disliked this book. This was the first time I could tell two people wrote this book because the character development, character behavior, and the writing style was drastically different from the other books in the series.
Hopefully the next book in the series will be better than this installment.

BRIDGE OF SOULS (Blood of Zues Book 4) by Meredith Wild & Angel Payne
This is the 4th installment in the Blood Of Zues storyline and the books must be read in order. This one picks up at the end of book 3. Once started, this incredibly addictive story will keep you enthralled as you follow Kara Valari and Maximus Kane to h*** and back. New problems keep coming up for them to deal with, but the one thing that never changes is they love each other, although that keeps getting stronger. The drama, intrigue, twists and turns keep you turning pages into the night. I will be glad when the next book is out after that cliffhanger! This is 5 stars.

Another amazing book in an amazing series. Meredith & Angel are a great duo & their books never disappoint. I love all the mythology in this series - especially all the goddesses in this one. As usual the chemist between Maximus & Kara was off the charts. I can't wait for the next book.

There bond is strong and Kara’s power progresses and she’s learning about herself and her powers and what she can do. Some great twists and turns happen in this one. Also, interesting alliances and new information come to light.
And that ending?! Ladies and gentlemen, buckle up buttercups because I feel like book 5 is in for a BUMPY ride!

Kara and Maximus have gone through so much to be together. They are truly soulmates and their hearts beat for each other. It’s been a while since I’ve read this wonderful series so I had to go back and reread it again to refresh myself and I was glad that I did because this story didn’t disappoint me. I like the interaction with the different mythology people. That ending was amazing can’t wait for more. The scenes were written great the relationship between Maximus and Kara are still going strong especially now with the growing of their individual powers

As Kara & Maximus' love increase for each other, Kara is being enlightened by the goddess Hectate, Kara's brother and sister are kidnapped by a nefarious enemy, and Maximus discovers a dangerous plot in the making. Bridge of Souls is a brilliant collaboration between Meredith Wild and Angel Payne. This story is exciting, sexy, and intriguing. I love the mixture of mythology and modern society. You do need to read the other three books in the series before you read this one. Maximus and Kara have gone through a lot to have their relationship. I have been captivated from the beginning all way to the end. I can’t wait to see what happens next in the saga!

This book gives us more of this beloved couple if you like me have read the previous book. This series is really great and I was so happy to see this book. I feel like we might be getting another one which I would be really excited to see. Enjoyed.

This is the fourth installment of the series and boy is it an interesting book!! Kara and Maximus have an intense, growing love for each other that will never burn out. They have been to Hell and back and they are both learning about their powers while trying to figure out how to control them, and deciding who they can possibly trust. We are introduced to several mythological beings who appear to have underlying plans that are questionable in regards to Kara and Maximus. That ending is suggesting a very bumpy ride in the fifth book which, in my opinion, cannot be released early enough!
Angel Payne and Meredith Wild have amazing talents. Ladies, please keep these stories coming! I am so happy to have been lucky enough to be selected to receive an advance copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

This Blood of Zeus series is more than I could have ever hoped for. I was sent a publishing box for the first book, Blood of Zeus. I wasn’t sure if I’d read it or not. I not usually into paranormal-mythical type books but one day I sat down with the book. I finished it that same day. Now I eagerly await every audiobook as they release. This story is fantastic. This is the fourth book in what I believe will be a five-book series. You must read or listen to all book in the order they were released. You will be confused without reading them in order. They are worth it though. Kara and Maximus have literally gone through hell to be together. Their story isn’t over, we haven’t reached our happily ever after yet though. In Bridge of Souls, Kara spends a lot of time learning her craft from some impressive teachers. There isn’t as much action in this book, however, we still get some action and a ton of hot steamy bits between her and Max.
Both author’s, Meredith Wild and Angel Payne, have the ability to describe such mythical worlds and powers is beyond anything I ever expected. They are true word sleuths. I’m mesmerized by their aptitude to build such worlds, such a love with only words. By this point, it’s hard to remember that this all started out as a Teacher/Student romance. There is so much more going on now. We have a modern retelling of a Greek Mythology, with a hot paranormal romance, with mystery and magic, with love, with Gods, Goddesses, and demons. There’s no telling what will be in book five but I am here for it and MORE than ready for it! The narrators, Jacob Morgan and Jennifer Mack, have narrated all four of the audiobooks so far. The narrators Mack and Morgan were sumptuous. They both brought the perfect amount of drama and just gave a pulse to the story. Mack was able to perfectly portray Kara. She really brought her personality to the forefront. Morgan portrayed Maximus flawlessly.

Great read! As with the previous Blood of Zeus installments, I absolutely loved the relationship between Kara and Maximus. Its sexy, devoted and strong even in the most difficult situations which seem to get more and more trying as they go. To my surprise, I found myself wanting to know more about the relationship between Arden and Kell and hope that may be a spinoff in the future. This one ended with a cliffhanger and one that I usually am not a huge reader of, but I am looking forward to what may be next for the couple, the inhabitants of Iremia and what they are planning. Lots of new characters in this one from magical history, which was awesome! Looking very forward to what is next!
