Retrain your mind so you can stay young and vibrant

Use Marisa's cell regeneration therapy to counteract the ageing process

Boost energy and visibly improve your skin's appearance

Marisa Peer shares the secrets her celebrity clients know so that you too can look and feel more youthful.

The subtitle of this book “Use the Power of Your Mind” says it all. The topics covered include thoughts, beliefs, language, visualising and goal-setting.

It is easily readable and contains some detailed scripts and guidance for self-hypnosis to tackle specific issues interspersed with technical information regarding subjects such diet, nutrition and how our cells work. This is a useful self-help book and, even if you don't subscribe to the idea of hypnosis, it gives some useful prompts to re-frame the way you view yourself in terms of age and, by extension, how you invite others to view you.
