The launch will take place on Twitter, Facebook and Goodreads and, following my tried and tested method, will be fun-filled and suitably riotous (in between the bits where I'm trying to flog you copies of the book, of course).

I will be encouraging those interested in buying to do their best to buy through Amazon on launch day—in order to try to create a ranking spike to improve "visibility". With this in mind, the Kindle edition, you may be pleased to know, will be available on launch day at a rather smashing discount.
