It just seems to soon for another China book. Otherwise, I totally would have voted for Empress Orchid. I put that up on my books I want list, I just think it's too soon since Peony in Love. (still trying to get over 3 way ghostie sex).

I'm quite surprised that out of 260-odd members of this group, only 10 have voted. Is there a way to gee them up, Jenny? Maybe the other 250 don't want to read any of the choices?

I think a lot of people join the group but don't actually join in. I used to send an email out to tell people about the poll. Then we did get a lot more votes. The reason I stopped doing this is because I didn't think it really represented what the 'active' members actually wanted to read. We had one month where loads of people voted for the Woman in White, because I sent out an email, and only two people read it!

They'll come, give them time :P
