Книжка, которую посоветовали на тренинге по Agile, в качестве ответа на вопрос "как проводить изменения в больших системах".
Очень много воды, очень много копипасты, немножко рекламы коммерческого продукта.
Какие-то здравые мысли тоже есть, но в целом читать, по-моему, не стоит.
