Un piccolo gioiellino che ignoravo esistesse.

Copre diversi argomenti avanzati senza perdere troppo tempo, come fanno altri libri, su basi del linguaggio come la OOP o le funzioni più usate.

Peccato solo che non approfondisca con più esempi gli argomenti più ignorati dagli altri libri, come l'integrazione tra Eclipse+Mylyn, Bugzilla, PHPUnit, ecc. o MongoDB.

L'appendice è un vero e proprio capitolo extra che approfondisce le regexp.
