He was a scholar of Greek, New Testament, and New Testament textual criticism, and wrote prolifically on these subjects. Metzger is widely considered one of the most influential New Testament scholars of the 20th century.[1][2]

Excelente libro para estudiar el Apocalipsis. Queda claro que Juan escribió el libro en la persecución de cristianos en la época del Imperio Romano, pero buscó enviar el mensaje que Dios, al final, vence el mal. Quizás le faltó enfatizar un poco el mensaje de algunos pasajes. Pero quita el misterio de algunas personas que ven en eventos del día la amenaza del fin de los tiempos.
