Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has been found to be a better predictor of success than IQ. This book explains how to identify and grow your EQ to make good career choices, find the best job, and get the best offer.
A bit of a simplistic take on EQ, but had some helpful, common sense advice on staying positive during unemployment and job search. I really wish there was a way to do all the career aptitude testing stuff without having to pay big bucks for it.
This is a short book but it took me ages to get through because it's boring and repetitive. I finally finished it because the library wouldn't let me renew it again. I was tired of looking at it anyway.
