Outdated even at the time I read it, but still it's always to have read something than to not have read it.

Probably too dense for anyone new to Salesforce.com, but extremely valuable for CRM implementation at a large or medium-sized company. The author is clearly an expert with plenty of major projects under his belt. Due to the complexity of both the book and Salesforce configuration, this will be helpful for small business but should not be the first point of reference.
