I have used the edition of 2003. I don’t know if it has improved since then, but I have to say that is very boring, without any motivation for the student or reader. It is focused on grammar and vocabulary, but in my case, It was very difficult to finish it. Some of the exercises are the same than the FCE, so at least on this aspect is useful, however it makes me think about how little has the exam changed after all this time. Unfortunately, that’s not a surprise.
