"The Beginner’s Guide to Procreate: Everything You Need to Know to Master Digital Art," by Roché Woodworth is an easy to understand book for digital artists and beginners. You do not have to have Procreate to learn the steps instructed in this book if you are already familiar with digital art programs. There may be some differences, but the knowledge is much the same.

It obviously would have been way more helpful to read before I started using procreate but I did learn about how some tools I was ignoring actually work and can make my life easier. I also love the absolute organization of the book with the lists of brushes used for examples along with screenshots of the layers and steps.

Mostly skimmed this book but it’s so good! A great guide for Procreate and artists to get started. Wish I had more time and drawing skill to actually follow these tutorials cause they seem very useful and thorough. Would definitely buy it for future reference.

Excellent first book to learn how to use Procreate and how to start drawing and creating art. Very inspiring, motivational yet simple to understand and follow well-written book. Loved it!
