Great cookbook!

This is a great cookbook. The recipes are not complex but they sound delicious. Highly recommend this cookbook. Can’t wait to make these recipes. Good eats for the future!

Good recipes, no pictures

Many useable, egg free recipes. Great explanation of how exercise and socializing plays into the Mediterranean lifestyle. We are not vegan, but are using less meat…and it is Ww quality. Looking forward to fresh hummus.

Quick reference book

Easy recipes, great start to this WOE! I would recommend as a good starting point. Could have cited more research.

There isn’t much on the actual diet itself but does have a lot of good recipes.

Tasteful way to start

The introduction to the diet was clear to understand and interesting. Having recipes that were easy to do , but it would be great to see a bit more.
