Each recipe starts with a title, prep and cook time and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given. There are NO pictures and NO nutritional information.
Have never eaten at this restaurant but some of the combinations of items sound interesting.
Brownie cake sounds good!

Red Robin Restaurants tend to be in larger metropolitan centers so I've only eaten there a very few times. The recipes are nicely listed in the table of contents by food and drink categories. The recipe gives prep and cook times and the number of servings. The ingredients and directions seem easy to follow. However, there is no nutritional info. After looking over some of the recipes, I can see why no nutritional info was given. The recipes seem very calorific.

Like most of these cookbooks the first thing you do is look for the favorite when we are allowed to eat out. They all make me hungry and I want to start making them as the pantry allows. Pleasant reading and well written. Should have no problem getting ingredients in my little town.
