The author tried to connect with the reader in an odd way- almost like she is writing a letter to her best friend with a bunch of off topic jokes and stories. Not really my style of writing- it seemed very much small talk. Couldn't bring myself to finish this book. She also kept advertising her meal plan with clickable links in the book but not actually saying the details of what it was she did in the book.
Good info. Written in a fun communicative way. Includes mostly suggestions and things she did in her experience losing 100 lbs + than an actual diet ‘plan’. Does provide links for further information which would be necessary if trying to implement her ideas myself based on the content of this book alone.
My sister and I have been doing keto since March and we were stalled. Your book showed us all the things we were doing wrong and how to fix them. A must read for all ketoers and so much humor and snark it will be hard to forget.
The title is deceptive because there is spot of effort required. The information acquired was really good, because it brought to light many reasons for my 50 plus years of unsuccessful go-to dieting. Thanks!
