I was expecting more. Knisely tried 576 drafts on the same pattern using different colors in weft and warp and then varied his third and fourth tied up treadle. All in 200 pages a wire bound spine. Huck Lace deserves more credit. No more Knisely for me.
Lucky me, I have taken three of Tom’s classes in person (Bisbee Fiber Arts Guild ftw!) and have several of his videos as well, so when I was reading this book I could hear his voice in my head. (happy sigh) It’s wonderful. Concise but thorough explanations, plentiful examples, and even starter projects. And it is spiral-bound, so it opens flat. Perfect!
