If you need a refresher on cursive handwriting, look no further!

What are the benefits of cursive writing?
1. It's faster than print
2. It's easier on the hand muscles, as you're not lifting up your hand/wrist with every letter
3. There is a link between learning retention and written notes
4. Handwriting in cursive opens up neuropathways in the brain that are not the same as those utilized for typing or writing in print

I've been verrrry rusty on my cursive writing and haven't genuinely practiced writing full out cursive since middle high school. Cursive is a skill that I wanted to practice, and this book does a stroke by stroke walkthrough of every lowercase and capital letter of the alphabet, as well as several practice examples. Suffice it to say, I finally understand the lowercase b and capital G.

I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn about the almost lost art of handwriting. It's enjoyable and fun.
